What is a life coach and why do you need one?
A life coach is similar to a business consultant except we help you reach your personal life goals. If you’re already an achiever, we help you get where you’re going more quickly and effectively. If not, we can help you see what you’ve been missing, and how to get there!
What does a coach do for you?
A life coach works with clients just like you, one on one. All Life Coach Institute (LCI) certified coaches use the patented proven Shad Helmstetter system for life coaching, which helps you identify, set and reach your most important life goals. We provide you with motivation, accountability, and encouragement, and help you find the right action steps to overcome each obstacle in your way.
How does the coaching structure work?
The coaching structure can range anywhere from 30 days to more than a year, depending on the individual client’s needs. We work with you by phone for an hour each week (or every other week), with email support as needed. In each session you’ll go over what you accomplished since the last session, and together we set an action plan for the coming week. We look at what worked, what didn’t, and how to do better next time?
